Interim General Counsel (Maternity Cover)

Job description

Interim General Counsel role to cover all fund structuring, fund raising and fund operational matters for an emerging markets focused firm with multiple infrastructure strategies. The Firm is actively pursuing new strategies also and the role will involve legal guidance and structuring work for this. You will also have responsibility over group legal matters (including group restructurings, finance, and assisting other departments e.g., HR on legal matters/contracts). The Interim GC will also act as secretary to the firm’s various investment committees and provide guidance on transaction completion.
