Job description
You will be part of the legal department at the head office of a multinational agriculatural network. In this role, you will:
- Provide legal advice on contract terms (commodity sale and purchase, warehousing, transhipment, etc.);
- Handle commercial claims (defending or claiming) arising under commercial agreements. This includes Gafta, FOSFA and other commodity arbitrations.
- Manage legal cases, including arbitration and litigation.
- Organise training for colleagues on relevant legal topics.
