Clear Junction is a global payments company licensed and regulated by the UK FCA, offering regulated end-to-end payments solutions based on proprietary in-house technology. Founded in 2016, the business has seen double-digit growth year on year, with over 100 fintech professionals now based across the UK and mainland Europe.

We’re now looking for a pragmatic and commercially minded lawyer with at least 2yrs in-house experience to join us in our growth journey. Reporting to the Head of Legal, the purpose of the role is to support the wider business in its commercial aims and to ensure we continue to meet our regulatory obligations to the high standards we have come to expect.

In return, you’ll get to work with a great bunch of people at the forefront of the payments and fintech space. Given the size of the team, this is one of those roles that will really allow you make a real impact on the growth and direction of the firm – the only limit will be your own desire to learn and desire to get involved! This isn’t a role that is going to be suitable for those looking for a stream of black letter contract drafting, every day is likely to be different and we need someone keen and agile to rise to the challenge.

It would be advantageous if you have start-up, small legal, financial services or payments experience.
