For Kenny Robertson, the Head of Outsourcing Technology & IP legal team at NatWest, the key is investing time and energy in working on the team’s culture. Kenny says his legal team have changed in several ways since he joined the bank and part of being a good leader is to learn how to adapt to the changes in the team, and to help the team adapt to changes in the industry.
He says having a customer focused and progressive mindset and being open to feedback are foundations for building a successful team.
