When we all moved to remote working, the nation’s telecommunications infrastructure faced a big challenge. Chris Fowler talks through not only how BT successfully dealt with a surge in data usage, but also its role in quickly building out critical infrastructure such as connectivity at the new NHS Nightingale hospitals, while moving 90,000 employees to primarily remote working.

Chris is General Counsel Technology at BT Group plc.
