Derek speaks with Ben about how he sees legal tech as approaching a tipping point, where products on the market now have the ability to materially change the way that lawyers work. However, Derek also discusses the difficulty posed to General Counsel and other buyers by the range of options to buy, most of which require extensive integration and implementation work, and the threat to legal tech from less function-specific technology platforms.
